We are not a general freight company. We transport stone and porcelain slabs exclusively — and have done since 2009. Our drivers are trained specifically for stone. Our equipment is built for stone. That's the difference.

One slab or one hundred — we'll move it. Part loads are consolidated with other deliveries heading the same direction, keeping your costs competitive. You only pay for a full load if you need a full load.
Our two purpose-equipped low deck semi trailers are configured specifically for stone slab transport — maximising stability, minimising vibration and ensuring your slabs travel securely across any distance.
Marble and fragile natural stone is transported with backing plates for support. Terrazzo receives support plates on the underside. Every material is handled according to its specific requirements — not just loaded and hoped for the best.

Hard Rock Transport can collect and carry interstate-to-interstate on request — meaning if you're a Sydney or Queensland-based stone importer or stonemason who needs product moved to Adelaide, we can make that happen.

Marble and fragile natural stone materials are transported with backing plates to provide structural support and prevent flex during transit — reducing the risk of cracking on longer interstate runs.
Terrazzo requires support plates on the underside due to its composition. We know this. We prepare for it before collection — not after something goes wrong.
These materials have a natural propensity to crack or fracture in transit due to their geological composition. Hard Rock Transport has extensive experience handling them and takes every precaution — however we cannot accept liability for cracking or fracturing during transport.
